We are based in the south of The Wirral in an Historic Market Town town called Neston, infact are Clubhouse is on
the banks of The River Dee next to Parkgate. In Parkgate they used to fish for Shrimps and Prawns and this is where
we get our emblem from and the colour of our tops, Pink,or some may say Coral, like the shrimps!
Neston Cricket Club is our HQ and alot of the players also play Cricket, Tennis or Squash at the Cricket Club.
It was the base for our Grass Pitches in the past. See the Link Page to Neston Cricket Club.
Hockey at Neston has a rich past, in 1983 the Men won The HA Cup, the National Knockout Cup, beating Slough 3-2 in
St Albans, we were also the Runners up in 1979, again against Slough. We have played National League Hockey as recently
as 1995 and are currently in the 1st Division of the North West League, looking for promotion.
In 2005/06, Neston Men won the Cheshire Plate, against Bramhall and we are keen to move up to higher levels.
We are in The Final again this year, but lost in extra time.
In 2007 we won the Cheshire U21 Championships held in September.
We have a strong Junior Section with a number of strong players, gaining experience in the higher teams and representing
county and North West.
The U13's were 3rd in the Cheshire 7 a side Tournament in 2006.
