Club Person of the year Rich Lowry

Hurst / Pinny Catering earned a Michelin Award last night for their Thai Green Chicken on a bed of rice, we were then entertained by Ken "Brucy" Gardiner and Kat "Daly" Peers during the award ceremony. Rich Lowry got the top prize, The Club Person of the Year Award and a well earned standing ovation. Tim Brooker The Chairmans Cup Louise Swift won the Ladies 1st Team Player of the season and Greg Brooker the Mens 1st Team Player Award.

All profits went to The Astro Appeal. Lawrence McNeight raised over £450 for the Astro with the help of Michel "Scissorhands" Lyness, see below.

Tim Brooker won The Chairmans Trophy, Greg Brooker received it in Tims abscence.

The Hair raising begins.

Lol McNeight raised approx £450 for the Astro Pitch. He had his haircut by world famous hairstylist and coiffeur Michel "Scissorhands" Lyness for Charity. The resultant Modern classic should catch on very quickly and will be seen all over the hockey world, Michel said afterwards he was very proud of his result - The Lol Bob - and he would make it available at a similar price for anybody else who fancies it! Michel uses TRESemme products only and was trained locally with Andrew Gollinge.
