Fantasy Hockey season has finished and in all honesty it has been a mixed success. Information from some teams has been difficult
to obtain, but much credit to the first, fourth and sixth teams who managed to put information in speedily and regularly.
The first winner was “Richardunited”, managed by Richard
Lowry Senior, who with 1257 was 134 points clear of second-placed Ritchie Palmer, who just missed out on the coveted double
of winning both the Fantasy Cricket League and the Fantasy Hockey League (sorry had to get it in). A prize (still TBA I confess)
will be winging its way to the third team stalwart, who on top of that is the Junior Co-ordinator. The game raised £150 for the section. As the teething problems have been ironed out, I anticipate the game
being much more successful next year, provided the information for it can be sourced. SQUAD OF THE SEASON Apologies to

Now there’s an incentive… However, from
the 107 matches for which we have information, the doubtless-hotly-debated NSWHC team of the year (in 4-4-2 naturally) is
